Default Mountains in Nash?

We are moving to either Knox or Nash area. I have been to Knox and know there are mountains.

My mom said that Nash is pretty flat. Are there any mountians or very hilly areas within a 30 min drive of Nash?

Coming from a flat state, the only hills or mountains we see are the landfills, lol

we are excited about a beautiful mountain view!!

Thanks

Your mother is wrong. Nashville and the surrounding area has hills, sometimes rolling hills and sometimes "knobby" hills; sometimes low hills, and sometimes steep hills. There are mountain-like vistas in certain parts of Middle Tennesee; however, the mountains are in East Tennessee.

You mother is probably thinking of West Tennesee where it does get flat.
