I recently heard at a chamber meeting that PF Chang's is coming to Hendersonville. Is that confirmed or is that a rumor?

I've heard the PF Chang's rumor, but I think that is all it is at this point. Then again, I'm not really connected. The rumor I heard was that they were looking at the former September's Cafe location next to the theater.

the area needs businesses. shops and restaurants are nice but there's only so many residents to fill them.

You are right. The area next to the Library looks to be an office building, so I think they are trying hard to get more businesses in the area.

I saw that this morning. That is a VERY welcome sight. I am really surprised there hasn't been a major wreck there without a light. I'm sure they are trying to get it up before the Christmas shopping season. They also appear to be expanding Indian Lake at least to the bridge...not sure if they have LT plans to demo the bridge and make it wider or what...
