True. Unfortunately we will be unable to look in person. We don't have that kind of time before he starts his new job. So we will be renting sight unseen, which is why we are leaning towards large scale apartment complexes.

In addition to Lenox Village I also had friends that lived for a while at the Estates at Brentwood. They seemed very nice and were very close to the Brentwood Town Center area although they technically are in Nashville.

Just doing a quick search on Craig's List for Lenox Village leads me to believe they are way out of our price range. Things there seem to be starting at $1,200 and up!
