I am getting conflicting reports as to when Nashville, TN stops selling beer at the gas stations and convenience stores. Does anyone know the exact time that they can no longer sell beer?

Thanks

If it's in the city limits, it should be 3 a.m.

I believe if it's alcohol laws concerning beer, the law should apply the same to Nashville as it does to the rest of the state. I may be wrong though... Anyone else know for sure?

The liquor and beer laws are so complicated. But different cities can have different times, and it may vary according to the type of establishment. As long as the city establishes it by ordinance, they can still prohibit sales on Sunday etc.

Liquor by the drink is a whole other issue.

This is where I got the Nashville info:

Nashville.gov - Beer Board - Beer Laws Chapter 7.08

No. Because alcohol is not legal to sell everywhere in the state.

As far as I know, it seems to be around the same time as last call in the bars (if such stores are still open at that time). I could be mistaken, but I think Brentwood stops selling at midnight. I've never been at a gas station at 3 am, but I would assume that is the time in Nashville.

I know you can't buy beer on Sunday until noon. I'm pretty sure it's 3 am all nights.

Nashvols,
I have never been at a gas station at 3 AM either lol. Just wondering the time they stopped selling it. I'm used to states that stop at 8 or 9 PM.

Unless the individual convenience store closes at 8 or 9 (most don't), you should be fine most places until at least midnight.
