Both great areas, roughly 10MI from Downtown, convenient to lots of shopping and other stuff to do...

Nipper's Corner seems to be a bit more centralized to Nashville AND Williamson, while Bellevue is near the great areas West and SW of Downtown...

Pros? Cons? Opinions?

Thanks again as always...

Well, to be fair, it was in response to one of his.

Default Will try to put my posts all out in the future...

I was afraid I was beating a few dead horses in some of my recent posts, so to speak, so I went straight to nashvols in a PM...

The gist is that both are good, but if you wanna be more in the middle of the action, check out Nipper's Corner...

A little case of deja vu . . a post from 3 years ago with a different outcome? Hey, things change . .

I vote for Nipper's Corner. It's really a convenient location. We lived on Huntington Pkwy when we first moved to Nashville, and it's hard to beat the location for convenience to Nashville or Cool Springs. We moved a little farther out toward Nolensville but still inside Davidson County. I like where we are now, but at certain times of day it can take quite a few extra minutes to get to I-65.
