I was just wondering if there is a ballet class in ashalnd city for young ones. According to google maps there are none. We are planning a move to mid tn and I would be the only one working for a couple months. Just trying to get a better overview of the area.

I would seriously doubt if there were any. Ashland City is tiny and even Cheatham County in its entirety has a smaller population than cities like Franklin and Hendersonville. You may have to travel to Nashville or Clarksville for many services.

That is what i was thinking. Does anyone have any info on the Fairbrook Drive area of Nashville? I looked
at the crime map and it did not raise any concerns. It is off of McGavock (sp?) Pike. Trying to find a family
friendly area with a rent budget of no more than 800 for a 2 bedroom.

That area is definitely family-friendly. It's really close to the Grand Old Opry and the Opry Mills mall (as well as the upcoming Opryland amusement park). This does mean there is a lot of tourist traffic in the area, but it is safe. There are also multiple dance studios not far from there that offer classes and host dance nights as well. That townhouse on Fairbrook looks pretty decent, and the price is right. Hope everything goes well!

Thanks! Is the crime map on MNPD website accurate?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be. It seems to reference case numbers, and places it on the map by block (doesn't give out the exact address of the crime, just the block where it occurred). That area seems to be safe, as the only crimes reported near it in the last week were a DUI on Briley and a case of vandalism at the mall.
