I'm looking for the best way to get to Elm Hill Pike and Donelson Pike from M'Boro.. What would be the easiest way to go from I-24 during normal traffic time (11:30). I thought of getting off at Briley Pkwy?

Thanks for the help

I'd stay on I-24 until you get to I-40E going towards Knoxville. Once on I-40, go to the Donelson exit(#216 I think, and it's right past the airport exit). Go north on Donelson to Elm Hill Pike(approx. 1 mile, maybe less).

I would take I-24 to Harding Pl exit heading east it becomes Donelson Pike. Past the Airport go over I-40 to Elm Hill.

Donelson

Traffic is not bad during the day.

Thanks for the info.

Would any of these routes be faster than the other?

If you want to go to Elm Hill Pike close to Donelson Pike the best would be Harding no comparison in my humble opinion. I go to the Sam’s club on Harding and Antioch Pike more than I should. Never had a traffic problem during the day. Rush hour may have an impact on I-24 also at the Donelson and Murfreesboro Pike intersection.

Going on Briley or I-40 would be longer just look on the map. The best way to find out is for you to try the different ways suggested.
