Hi everyone! Thinking of moving into this subdivision...have a 1 year old. Is this a good neighborhood for young kids? Please give me your opinions, good or bad. Also, I know it s currently zone for Crockett, woodland, ravenwood. Does anyone think that it will be rezoned? Thank you!

There is a mix of age ranges there, with plenty of families as well as empty-nesters.

As for rezoning, there is no way to predict. It is close enough to it current schools that logic would say it will stay zoned for those, but zoning changes all depend on population patterns and enrollment numbers.

If you only have a 1-year-old, you don't need to worry. Any of the area elementary schools are fine, and for high school at worst you would be rezoned to Brentwood High, which is the best-ranked public comprehensive high school in the state.
