Hello,

I am getting married in September of 2008 and I wanted to see if there are any reasonable reception venues out there. I know of some, but they are quite expensive and you must use their caterer.

This one you don't have to use their caterer. I found this last year when my daughter needed a Wedding Place for Adult living. They were given a budget. We went to see the place, it looked cute, plenty of parking. There is not much near it, but the price may fit your qualifications.
