This story cracks me up. It goes on and on about the way these customers are being swindled. Then it glazes over the fact that more than half the failures were due to the pump swindling the owner by giving out too much gas.

Where are the calls for the consumers to repay the owners for all the free gas that the consumers are getting from these other pumps?
