I'm currently in the process of trying to find a rental 2 bed, 2 bath home/condo/apt in the Nashville area. I'll be working downtown Nashville, so I'd like the commute to be no longer than 30 minutes. I'll be moving with a friend, so rent will be split. We'd like to keep the monthly price under $600 per person. We'd like a safe and visually appealing area. We are both in our mid twenties, so a young professional environment would be a plus! Any recommendations? Thanks!!

An area dt Nashville called The gulch although not sure what the rent is. My husbands coworker just moved there and he is a single guy in his 20s and said it's the new "hot" spot for young professionals.
