Next year my husband and I will be moving to Tennessee. We are looking for a small town (the smaller the better) east of Nashville. 45 minute commute at the most. We are looking to buy a house for under $200k, acreage is strongly preferred. We would be willing to live in a community or subdivision if there was excellent resale value. Schools are important. Travel to groceries/amenities isn't a high priority, I'm willing to travel up to 45 minutes. I've looked at hermitage, Mt. Juliet, gallatin, lebanon, and the areas are fine but I would really like to be in a smaller town.
