We currently live in spring hill love the low crime and schools but hate the high cost of homes and hoa's. We been looking to buy a house outside of williamson county but not to far. I looked at chapel hill love it but is there any towns closer to nashville that offer low cost of homes and good school ? I really wanted a place with a few acres to get farm animals on

areas with good schools tend to cost more. If you want a little cheaper than Williamson I'd look at Wilson, Rutherford and Sumner counties.
