Default cleveland park?

Do any of y'all know much about this area of north Nashville? I have found some homes for sale that have been restored and apparently the area is seeing some rejuvination.

There's a big Cleveland Park thread already happening here. Search for it -- you'll get tons of info, including posts about North 2nd St.

I have posted some pics of Cleveland Park here:

On the East Nashville Listserve this area has been called the "cesspool" of Nashville (actually that was referring to Dickerson Road).

I disagree with that assessment. I - as well as many other people - have made substantial investments in the Cleveland Park area. I live in Richland (there are threads about Richland here as well), but a significant portion of my investments are in Cleveland Park.
