I can verify there are plenty of kids on this street, ranging in age from 2 years old to about 14 years old. The bulk are between 6-10. There is a really big grassy area in the middle of the cul-de-sac that all the kids play in. During the summer, we do movies outside in the cul-de-sac for the kids at night. It is a very quite street.
Commute times, without traffic are probably right at 30 minutes to downtown. It takes just under 10 minutes to get to I65 and 15 minutes to get to the Cool Springs Mall if you go the back way, down Crockett.
We have a small playground in the subdivision and a really nice park across Concord Rd (Owl Creek Park).
