Default Franklin Neighborhoods...HELP! :)
We are moving to Franklin! I have made one trip there and immediately had an "ahhhhhh" feeling about the Cottonwood area. My husband and I are in our mid-50's and are looking for a nice neighboorhood, nice yard (Bear is our Black Lab), and a good mix of the upwardly mobiles and long-time residents and empty nesters. Lots of trees are a must. Huges developments with houses close together not even in the running.

Any other neighborhoods we should concentrate on besides Cottonwood?

Default I love Franklin, too!
There are several neighborhoods around Franklin with that similar AHHHH feel I think you're looking for.

Depending on your price range, check out Riverview, the Grassland Estates area, Yorktown, Monticello and perhaps Maplewood...
