Hey all, for anyone who's been in Nashville for while and who's had any experience with Tmobile, I'm wondering what your thoughts are as far as service goes. I'm a long time sprint user who switched my wife from Verizon (and their outrageous rates at the time) to sprint. Now I'm getting the feeling that we're just not getting the best deal from sprint (two lines, 8 gigs of data about $160 a month, both iphone users) especially with their sometimes very slow data streaming. I feel like Tmobile has been upping their game lately and want to hear from anyone who's had any experience with Tmobile in the greater nashville area. We do occasionally travel north but my main concerns are with the Nashville area in general. Anyone have thoughts?

Can't say about T-Mobile, but I have Sprint here in Murfreesboro and just completed year 1 of the contract. After taxes and fees, I pay 185$ UNLIMITED everything for 2 IPhone 6's and 2 lines. But I have been checking on my usage and I have only been using about 2-3 gigs per month due to connected to home wireless a lot. Haven't heard good or bad about T-Mobile.

I had T-MOBILE for 4 years. Had too many dead zones...and hated their support/customer service. Switched to AT&T - love it. Had Verizon before T-MOBILE. I found Verizon had good coverage, etc. but expensive, T-MOBILE insufficient for my needs (and horrible to deal with) - and AT&T a good balance.

Ya, that's unfortunate. I have a friend who said that Nashville "proper" has good tmobile service but outside of most of nashville it gets spotty. Maybe I'll just stick with sprint for now.

This is what I found when I moved here. Switched to Verizon.

Outside of Nashville like rural areas it may get spotty but in Nashville and suburbs its awesome

I find that in spotty areas I don't get data but I'm still able to make calls

I had a local T Mobile salesman tell me the same thing when I was looking at switching a few years ago and told him I eventually planned to move to the Nashville area. He has relatives in the area and he said coverage in outlying areas was not very good. I'm with Verizon, although as an unlimited data customer I realize I have a bulls eye painted on my forehead.
