Hi! I was reading this thread because I often consider moving to TN from CA, and I always assumed the mosquitoes were pretty bad because it is in the South and it is humid. Are there really no mosquitoes?

We definitely have mosquitos AND chiggers.

Oh, I'm glad you posted this. Forgot about this reply. I was told by other forum members in Nashville that there aren't any mosquitoes there, but when my brother- and sister-in-law moved to Nashville, they said that's a lie. Perhaps in more of the affluent areas like Franklin, they spray regularly. But there are definitely confirmed mosquitoes in the Mt Juliet area.
