Default Rentals in Hendersonville?

Can someone tell me if there are a lot of rental properties in Hendersonville? Hendersonville looks like it may be our choice of relocating to from Wisconsin. However, I can't seem to find many houses for rent in that area. I looked on Craigslist.com and TheTennessean.com.

Is there another place I can find this information on-line?

Check Middle Tennessee Property Finder

Most rentals are put in the free weekly papers IF there are any homes for rent in Hendersonville. Houses are a hot commodity...but there are LOTS of apartment complexes in Hendersonville

According to your user name, it looks as though you have 3 children. I say that because we do too. My kids keep saying they want to play in the grass

I do have 3! A 6 year old boy, 4 and a half year old boy, and a 2 and a half year old girl! How old are your kiddo's? I can not wait to be able to spend more time outdoors with them .
Have you had any luck with the job/house hunting??

I think we have talked before on this forum. The ages of your kids sound familiar. My children are 5 and 3 1/2 twins - all girls.

I am not finding much for housing in Hendersonville. We are going to Nashville for a week in the beginning of april to hopefully find housing. I have applied for so many jobs with no success so far. I have done everything through Careerbuilder. I am blaming it on being an 'out of stater'. Hopefully, that is the problem. I have plenty of experience to back me up, plus a Batchelors degree. What about you? I beleive you are looking to move to Hendersonville also, right? Any luck with housing or jobs?

Getting a rental will be no problem; local paper, Hendersonville Star News always has some, circulars are available of rentals at family restaurants like Shoneys, and areas not right on lake are not expensive at all.

Jobs..no problem..Nashville is 20 miles away, regional unemployment rate is in area of 4%, and if one is willing to go tamp-to-perm, many area corps are doing very well, so if they like your work, most often they will have jobs available via this route.

I relocated from Ct 10 years ago, after temping a few months, have had best salary/benefit packages ever here, even adjusting for the 11 year spans' typical wage growth %.

Pretty town, super lifestyle center coming, welcome.

Halo Properties -

Yes we have spoke on other post's.
We are actually flying down Friday to sign contract's on a home to be built
I am sooo excited! We are moving into a development called "Creekside" in Hend. My husband is getting on the police dept. in Hend and I (for now) am a SAHM. Once my youngest heads off to Kindergarten, I will more than likely get into real estate there. Our house will be ready by July so that's when we will be making the move.
I'm sure the problem IS you being out of state. Talking with people on this forum, it seems as though jobs are not a problem. When you go there in April hopefully you will have more luck
Did you check out the link I sent in my other post?
