Hi,
I plan to visit Nashville the second week in March and wanted to know what the weather will be like (average temperatures)? I will be visiting the following areas as places to live in the future: Hermitage, Antioch (I want to see for myself), Madison, Hendersonsville and Goodlettsville. Can anyone suggest any other area that I should cover. I will only be in Nashville for 4 days, but will be back in the summer. I also want to interview a few real estate agents. Can anyone recommend a African American real estate agent? I am not secluding myself, but would like to meet with a few to narrow my choices down. I plan on visiting a few schools/ daycares as well.

Tennessee weather is unpredictable. Last year in March, we had an early spring. Everything was in bloom by March 15 (a month earlier than normal). This year, in February, temperatures have been below normal with highs in the 40's when we should be in the 50's by now. So, the answer to the weather question is that it may be 25 degrees or 75 degrees the week you visit in March. Just check the forcast the week before your trip.

It's hard to suggest places to cover unless you're more specific about what you're looking for. The most upscale areas of Nashville and the surrounding areas are Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade, Green Hills, Hendersonville. Nice areas which are a little less expensive would include Gallatin, Mt. Juliet and Bellevue.
