Default Moving son to Antioch

Hi all
Hoping to move my son to Antioch in Nashville and would appreciate some in put as to the area of Bell Road regards to crime, traffic, ect. We have looked at Cedar Pointe apartments and my son really likes it, but we looked at it through the day so really didn't get a 'feel' for the area. Wondering if anyone has any info or knowledge of the apartment complex ? Thankyou

Crime? Check. Traffic? Check. You didn't ask about gangs or illegals, but don't worry, he won't have to look hard to find them. They're everywhere in Antioch.

Make sure you give your son a long hug goodbye after you move him in, or better yet, steer him toward a safer part of town (Hermitage, Bellevue, Mt. Juliet, etc.)

When you said you were moving your son, did you mean while he goes to school, or for a job he's taking? Where he's going to be going to school or working would make a difference as to what parts of town we could suggest looking at.

No to Antioch...tell us a little more about your son (age, what he likes to do, where he will be working/school (part of town)) it will help us give you better recommendations because Nashville is getting busier and where you live/work is important if you don't want to sit in traffic. Also, how much does he want to spend on rent and for what size apartment?(1br,2br,etc)

Its all where you choose live. There are bad areas of Williamson county, Brentwood, Franklin, Bellevue, as well. There are nice areas of Antioch as well. The people posting here obviously chose the bad side and choose to hang out with the people and environment that propogates the negative attitude.

No, please do not let him live in Antioch. It used to be okay, awhile back, but it is awful now.
