I am looking to buy an investiment property for rental. There is on near hadley park. I drove there to see the house but feels a little bit unsafe. But i might be just too sensative. Does anyone have any experience there? Thanks

I would say that area will be pretty different in about 3 years if Nashville continues to grow like it is. Now? It would depend on the street and probably even the block.

Pretty rough area. It might grow out of its reputation in a few years but I wouldn't bet much on it.

If its for investment then buy it right away because in a few years you will make tons of money as the value rises
