We have our first one in Albuquerque and I have to say it is really nice. Ours has wine, but the store has alot of nice choices especially the fresh flowers. It will be nice to have one in the area once we get there!

I like their selection of dried fruits. They are (for the most part) cheaper than anywhere else and my kiddos LOVE their flat bananas. I doubt its worth ALL this hype... but right now I drive about 15 minutes to get to a TJ's every so often. My usual shopping list is sparkling water - case, flat bananas, other dried fruits, large thing of honey, frozen eggplant parm (gluten free), Fage yogurt, and anything on special that looks good. I probably would not make a special trip just to go to TJ's, but whenever I am near by I drop in. Oh, and my kids love the pomp and circumstance around getting a balloon!

PA has super strange liquor laws. The state actually owns all of the liquor stores! My husband is from Ohio and they have the state owned liquor stores too...and a LOT of rules surrounding the purchase of alcohol. (You can't buy booze on election day! LOL...that one cracks me up every time.) Imagine my surprise then when I learned that they have Drive Thru Liquor Stores! My husband says it's so some of people who preach about the evils of alcohol can buy it on the sly without being seen!

PA has super strange liquor laws. The state actually owns all of the liquor stores! Some people were talking a few days ago about a liquor license selling between parties in one county for 100K - they only give out so many then there are no more to be granted - so anyone going out of business with a license can legally sell theirs to the highest bidder. Strange........
