How Soon to Reserve Opry tickets?
My wife and I will be visiting in mid September. We'll fly in, rent a car and spend a couple of days before making a big driving loop thru TN, GA, SC & NC. I'm trying to gauge just how early we need to make reservations for a Friday or Saturday session of the Grand Ole Opry.
Also, which nicer motels in the area would you recommend to visitors-and which should be avoided.
We're also planning to take in the Country Music Hall of Fame-unless there's another attraction that would be more recommended. Incidentally, my wife is not a real fan of country music-so I'm thinking two such consecutive venues might require payback, if you know what I mean... For that reason, I'm willing to entertain other suggestions.
Thanks in advance for your advice. Our route outside Nashville includes Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Charlotte, Asheville and Knoxville before returning to Nashville and flying home.
