Wow, I was surprised to read those reviews! People are more likely to complain than to make a point to go somewhere to post a positive. Cason Estates is definitely a great place to live. Not sure why they say it's not child friendly as there are oodles of kids playing about.

Obviously people are going to be seeking different things with an apartment, so another person's experience can be different...

I agree with you complaints are spoken in a much louder voice so to speak. I think some complaints probably have merit and some don't. When are you new to a place, those ratings are all you have to go on, especially when you are trying to rent sight unseen which is what I did when I first moved here.

Thanks everyone for all of your advice!! I have started packing and what a chore that is. I move at the end of this month but my boyfriend went down today so I am doing the packing myself. That's ok, at least I know it will be packed good and how I want it! LOL!!!

I know once I get down there I will be on here alot asking about things!

I hope everyone was ok during the storms. Have a GREAT weekend!!!
