Default Any teachers on here from Murf?

My wife & I are relocating to murf area this summer. She is an elementary school teacher & really wanted to get a feel for the local schools. What she would really like to know is what the staffs are like, she loves her current school b/c of the upbeat younger staff she works with. She has seen school scores, etc. but does anyone have any insights into staff?

It differs from school to school, but most teachers I know enjoy working in Rutherford County or Murfreesboro City Schools. There are a few schools that routinely have high turnover, but otherwise the schools have pretty stable staffing. It's a college town, so there are plenty of applicants for most job openings. There are about 4 schools that should be built in the next few years, but they have been pushed back due to the county's tax revenue being millions short of projections.
