We just used Steve Traylor with A+ Home Inspections. They are in Franklin, the # is 615-791-7433. He did an excellent job. He was there for about 4 hours and sent a 24 page report. He found even the smallest details, (i/e. bolt missing from light fixture, extra hole drilled in gutter,etc.) He actually measured the depth of the insulation in the attic. He went over the house with a fine tooth comb!!

BJK Property Inspectors are amazing. They do inspections all over Middle TN. I use them all the time with my clients because they do such an outstanding job. They are very quick to get the report back to you and will have an EXTREMELY detailed report with pictures sometimes the same day or the next day at the latest. 615-591-6870.

Bill Carlson, mentioned by another person is a very thorough inspector, is licensed and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He takes pictures, crawls under the house, get's in the attic, and up on the roof. He will have a report to you within 24 hours and very helpful with questions. I have recommended him quite a bit and my clients love him!
