My apt. looks like a tornado but that's ok! I am already less stressed and feel at peace then I did in Michigan. I was driving out to my boyfriends Dad's house the other day and it was so nice to see horses, goats, cows, etc. I LOVE it!!!! I have always wanted to live in the south since most of my family lives in Arkansas. It's more busy here (Murfreesboro) then I thought it would be but I will get used to it. I already have an interview today so that makes me happy!! Everyone is so nice too! I went to Wal-mart yesterday and this older man said Hi. I almost got tears in my eyes of how sweet some people can be. I can't wait to get settled and explore.

Thanks for all of your advice and I am sure I will be asking more questions later! I am so HAPPY to be in this GREAT state of kind people!

Have a GREAT week everyone!!!!
SRRB2008,

SRR,

Welcome to Tennessee! I'm sure you will enjoy it there. If you need Household items at great prices try Old Time Pottery off of 96.
. My daughter just moved out of the dorm in Murfreesboro today. She has an off campus apartment there starting in August.

THANK YOU!!

I didn't realize how MUCH TRAFFIC there really is!!! I am thinking now that we should have mwved away from it a little bit. At first I thought that driving here was better then Michigan in the traffic but now I have witnessed not so nice drivers. It seems like everyone rides peoples butts and I'm even going OVER the speed limit.

I haven't witnessed that behavior in the 'boro, so sorry you had to I have encountered very nice drivers, though have noticed a few areas that I have to keep an eye on my spedometer to make sure I don't over do it on the leadfoot .

As for Old Time Pottery - just went in myself yesterday for the first time. Went in for planters and flowers and I had to keep myself from going to the other parts of the store. Did find a great patio set that my boyfriend and myself will pick up later this week.

Hope you get a chance to enjoy the town soon! Should have told you about Jazzfest this past weekend - it was a nice community event to experience!

I am just curious SRRB2008, what kinda of work do you do? I have been here (murfreesboro) since this past September and I have had 1 temporary job that was from Nov. through Feb. I have been out of work since, constantly sending resumes filling out applications and I don't seem to have the luck. So I was just curious on your line of work. But congrats on the interview and good luck, Hope you get the job.

Where are you driving at???? It just seems like everyone is in a hurry.

I HAD to go down every aisle while I was at Old Time Pottery! LOL!! Did you end up going to Jazzfest? Are there any other things coming up that you know of? Was your boyfriend here for awhile before you moved here??

Have a great night!

Hi MA_brnNrsd-

I sent you a direct message. It was pretty long and I didn't want to post it on here.

Write me back when you get a chance!
