Good Morning everyone!

I am finally here!

My apt. looks like a tornado but that's ok! I am already less stressed and feel at peace then I did in Michigan. I was driving out to my boyfriends Dad's house the other day and it was so nice to see horses, goats, cows, etc. I LOVE it!!!! I have always wanted to live in the south since most of my family lives in Arkansas. It's more busy here (Murfreesboro) then I thought it would be but I will get used to it. I already have an interview today so that makes me happy!! Everyone is so nice too! I went to Wal-mart yesterday and this older man said Hi. I almost got tears in my eyes of how sweet some people can be. I can't wait to get settled and explore.

Thanks for all of your advice and I am sure I will be asking more questions later! I am so HAPPY to be in this GREAT state of kind people!

Have a GREAT week everyone!!!!

Welcome to TN and to Murfreesboro!!!!! I have lived in TN since 1994 and Murfreesboro since 2000. Murfreesboro is HOME to me. It is getting bigger and bigger by the day and yes, the traffic can be a pain, but I love it and would not want to live anywhere else!

THANKS Steve!!!

Since it's growing so much, are they thinking of making the roads bigger?? I came from a busy area in Mi so I don't mind the traffic. Everyone seems nice here and I haven't had anyone get road rage with me! HA HA!! I haven't done a whole lot of exploring yet but I plan on it!

The roads are actually getting bigger. I don't get road rage no I have I been the victim of it, but I am sure it exists wherever there is traffic.

We're a mess! LOL. I was born & raised in Michigan, my husband in Ohio. We spent 20 years in WI until he had to take a job in Memphis in 2006. I can't get out of here fast enough!

This weekend we'll be looking around Franklin primarily...but are open to suggestions! Hubby will have to stay in Memphis until he finds an opporunity that would allow him to live in Nashville. We both travel a lot for our jobs.

He's a chemical engineer...so if anyone knows of something in that line...we'd appreciate the tip!
