An Urban Outfitters is set to open in the Gulch in 2009 replacing City Hall, a concert venue. It's a shame to see City Hall go but it will great to have a truly urban Urban Outfitters is what is quickly becoming one of the most desirable locations in the city's core.

From what I read City Hall will reopen in another location. Same name. I bet close by too, if I was a betting man.

The Gulch area is beginning to stun me every time I drive through. Makes me wish I was 30 again sometimes. But only sometimes.

Sweet on both accounts! Maybe they'll improve the ventilation at the new City Hall. By improve, I mean actually HAVE some.

I'm so glad to hear City Hall is not completely going away, which also makes it exciting to get an Urban Outfitters. I was just thinking last week how we needed one!
