Why do you find her offensive? Sounds like she's being quite blunt and honest, which is typical New England. I was stationed (US Army) in New England for a while and found the people up there quite nice. The weather was hell, but the people made up for it. At Thanksgiving, a soldier knew he/she would be invited to someone's private home for the meal of a lifetime. Before I left for Fort Devins, my friends in Nashville were telling me how awful the people in New England were. Bullfeathers! They were wonderful!

Hudson Drive, or Hudson Road? I didn't do an exhaustive search, but a quick search only shows a Hudson Road in Nashville.

It's okay. My brother stays in Nashville and I gave him the website and he got the number and checked out the house for me. He said it was nice so I'm gonna schedule a viewing. Thanks for trying though!!!

Hi my husband and I use to live in Nashville we liked the Donelson and Opry Mills area by the airport. I commuted to 2800 block of Church street by the hospitals and it only took me 20 minutes. The East side is a upcoming neighborhood. If you want to stay close to down town it's going to cost you. The Vanderbilt, Greenhills, Hillsboro area is nice but again can be expensive. I have family that lives in the Cambridge area which is Antioch too crowded and houses to close together. The Brentwood and Franklin area is nice but to long of a commute to downtown. for the price you want to pay if you don't mind the commute, try Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, Hendersonville and Hermitage area some have sidewalks. God Bless hope everything work out for you.

go to www.realtracs.com and type in zip 37215. This is Green Hills and there are homes in that area that are in your price range. This area sounds just like what you are looking for and is one of the nicest areas in town with good schools. Good Luck

Well, it's sort of an out-of-date thread, in that it was posted a long time ago, but it's also sort of not an out-of-date thread, in that I was the original poster and I'm still trying to decide where in Nashville to live. So thanks for the tip.
