buyorsell, what part of Tennessee do you reside? I too am from NYC however , recently moved to central Florida and want to try Tennessee. I'm looking at perhaps Smyrna 37167. Would anyone be familiar with Smyrna? Thanks in advance for your time.

Remember, this is CMA Festival week. The weather is always crazy during "Fan Fair". I blame it on the influx of polyester-wearing tourists; the static causes a negative charge in the atmosphere and produces unusual weather . . .

I'm just kidding! Mostly.
