Hi, Hopefully I can help. This is from a 2008 Robertson County FACT Book. Below numbers may help. Greenbrier Water is for in-city residents. I believe of of city residents use White House Utlities.
Electric is thru Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation 1-800-987-CEMC
Water/sewer/trash pickup is through Greenbrier Water (located at City Hall) 615-643-4125
Phone service is your pick but Bellsouth (now AT&T) is the norm, I think unless you get Comcast Triple play (cable tv/internet/phone)

AT&T 800-464-7928
Natural Gas is through Piedmont Natural Gas 800-353-6340
