Joelton (Clarksville, Springfield, Ashland City: how much, find a job, school)

why does joelton Tn not show up in city data, is it much smaller than pleasant view or greenbrier. im moving there in the next six months so any info i love hearing, thanks everyone for your time

Joelton isn't an incorporated town as far as I know. It's just part of Metro Davidson county, so it wouldn't have it's own listing.

Do you have any specific questions? I don't live in Joelton but I go by the area quite often on my way back and forth between Nashville and Clarksville. And I have friends who live in the area.

not really im set on that area, i just like comparing different towns on this website, mostly joelton vs cross plains.

I live right outside of Joelton and alleycat is right, it is not incorporated but it is part of Metro Davidson County. Small town with quick I-24 access. You can be downtown in 20 minutes. No shopping to speak of. Springfield would be the closest town for shopping. Nice, quiet town. I can answer any specific questions you have.

i guess i am looking for hospitals or medical centers close by that have outpatient surgery, i am looking to go to school for surgical tech, but trying to find jobs that dont need certification yet in a medical setting so there might be possible tuition reimbursement. so maybe i can work as a receptionist while they help me go to school, than i can work in surgery with them once i graduate... that sort of deal. thanks again

Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield may be your closest thing to Joelton.

I'm not sure I completely understand your question. If you asking about medical centers near Joelton, "hospital row" along the West End corridor is only about 20 minutes away (unless there's a traffic bottleneck at Trinity Lane). That would include Vanderbilt, Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Centennial Medical, Baptist Hospital, St. Thomas, and, not too far from that area, Meharry General.

Just happened to stumble upon this thread by doing a little google surfing. I think I could help ya with a lot of your questions about both churchs near Pleasant View and where the places you could find a job. I personally am in Nashville, but previously lived in Joelton, it's not all its cracked up to be, Pleasant View and Greenbriar are a little better with actually places to eat instead of joelton with it's McD's and the 2 gas stations ( you would have to drive to Springfield, Pleasant View or Ashland City just to find anything else to eat or to go to a decent grocery store. As someone else posted there is Northcrest Medical Hospital in Springfield, there is also Centenial Hosp. in Ashland City. Nashville Hospitals are very competitive but there are many (6 i think) to choose from.

Also what got me to this thread in the first place is by searching "24 church" just to see where some of our additional website traffic was coming from. I've been a member since the church started in Jan 2005 the growth is great and we are finally in our building.
