Job Fairs
Does anyone know if there are any job fairs coming up in the Nashville area anytime soon? I would be able to fly down there for the time period so thats not an issue. At the very latest I will be moving down to Nashville by the end of Oct, but if I can be there sooner rather than later that would be best, so I am trying every avenue available to find a job...for the sake of my own sanity I need to get out of my current area asap

There's one going to be held at the Opryland Hotel in September. I'm afraid I don't know much more about it. If I hear anything more I'll post again.
Or you could call the hotel and see if they have any information.

Comcast has one coming up pretty soon. Not sure of the exact date or location but it said that you could also apply online.

Oh this is great. I just posted a similar question but more about the turnout that these fairs draw.
I saw the one on the 29th of this month too. I found it on monster actually.

Honestly, I've never needed a job fair here in Nashville to find a job and have been here almost 10 years. Fortunatly, unlike where I moved here from ( Florida ) You shouldn't have 10,000 people showing up at a job fair for 200 jobs.

Well I will be flying down to Nashville tomorrow to go on some interviews so hopefully I won't need the job fair come the end of the month. If not, I will be at the one that is on Monster.com, although I wish it would tell me what companies are going to be there and what fields they are hiring for...
