Davidson County
I was looking at some homes in Davidson County and was wondering how that area was...are the public schools there decent? I know the schools pale in comparison to Williamson County, but there must be one or two good ones...How about the quality of neighborhoods? The houses seem really nice and not run down, but I know looks can be deceiving. Am I wasting my time looking there?

Specific areas of Davidson County can be distinctly different. The same goes for the schools. If you provide us with some specific areas of Nashville, we can give you our opinions.

The only thing that comes up in the reports is address, subdivision and area # - would that help?

I live in Davidson, Subdivision-Winfield Park, I'm less than a half mile from the Williamson County line. Schools, are 2 new ones, ratings good, Shayne
John Overton which is in the Forest Hills area is the HS
My neighborhood is neat, houses built about 2001-2006. We have a homeowners assoc, neighborhood pond with a walking path and gazebo around it. All Brick Homes, 4 sides. It doesn't look any different than than the homes accross the county line.
