Default Davidson County in RealTracs

I was trying to search for some homes in Davidson County in RealTracs but I dont know which area to search. They are listed:
  • Davidson County (Murfreesboro Rd to I-65)
  • Davidson County (I-65 to Charlotte Pike)
  • Davidson County (Charlotte Pike to Cumberland River)
  • Davidson County (Cumberland River W to Clarksville)
  • Davidson County (Clarksville Pike to Dickerson Pike)
  • Davidson County (Dickerson Pike to Cumberland River)
  • Davidson County (Cumberland River E to Interstate)
  • Davidson County (I-40 E to Murfreesboro Rd)
Can someone give me insight in which ones are good to look in and what areas to stay away from in my search?

I've found RealTracs hard to use for that very reason
Look at NashvilleBuyers.com
You can search by google maps/neighborhoods and schools.

Another option that is very user friendly is Truilla.com. You can search by Truilla and then RSS your results into Google Earth...super cool.

I'm not sure where the bad areas are, Mine is Area 1. I'm off of Old Hickory @65 Blvd, Edmonson Pike, where it meets Holt. There are a lot of Subdivisions off of Holt at different prices. They range from $200.000s to $400,000s. I am at one that is 1/2 mile from Williamson County border. There are also some new subdivisions off of holt by Dere Homes. I believe those start in the $200,00os.They are smaller homes, but nice.
There are also some Subdiivisons off of Nolensville, between holt and Concord road. Some have a Brentwood Address but are in Davidson County. I believe the Centrex homes behind the Kroger shopping center near Concord Road, fit that. They start in the $200,000s.
You do not want to be in Antioch, for resale value.

If you're interested in looking in the areas Diane mentioned, put Oliver Middle School or Shayne Elementary in the search, then it will pull up houses in that general area. You might also get some listings that are nearer the Nipper's Corner area doing that too, especially with the middle school. (near the Edmondson Pk/Old Hickory intersection) We live in Davidson County near Nolensville Road/Concord Road. The houses around here have a Brentwood zipcode. We're happy with this area! (ETA: Some of the neighborhoods closer to Nipper's corner are zoned for Granbery Elementary, but I'm not sure where the zones are exactly)
