According to the Tennessean there will be 75 people working at the Oreck HQ, and the state gave Oreck $750,000 to come to Nashville. Compared to what Mississippi paid Toyota to go to Tupelo and what Tennessee is probably paying Volkswagen to come to Chattanooga (which is just a guess because it's still a big secret) the $750k they're giving Oreck is a bargain.
Since Oreck had already moved its manufacturing, research & development, and call center operations to Cookeville, I bet they would've moved the company HQ to Nashville anyway.
