Question PLEASE, someone give some help!!!!!!!

I have recently taken a job in Smyrna and we took a weekend trip to the area to look for apartments. To our surprise, we only found a small number of places in our price range and upon visiting and riding through we questioned a few. After looking on the ratings we found they were ranked well, but still leary of a few. We also looked in Murfreesboro and looked at a few places.
Does anyone have any great recommendations for a family to look at that is not to far from Smyrna area?
PLEASE, any help or feedback will be of great help.

With all this being said, does anyone have any good areas to look that is not a far drive to the Smyrna area. We don't have to live right on top of my job area, just looking to get into a safe, clean, bug/spider free living area. I know bugs/spiders happen, but reading the ratings on some places lead me to think I'm and entomologist and not a resident.
Any leads anyone?

I would look at Woodgate Farms, Carrington Park, and St. Andrews Apartments on St. Andrew's Drive in Murfreesboro. Also take a look at Cross Creek at Victory Station on Fortress Blvd., Indian Park Apartments on Indian Park Dr., Waterford Landing on South Church St. All are in Murfreesboro. I don't know exactly what their prices are, but they seem very nice and I know a few folks here have lived at Woodgate Farms. As far as apartments in Smyrna, I do not know enough about the complexes in Smyrna to direct you.

Best of Luck to you!!!

I echo Steve. I lived at Woodgate Farms and paid $735 for 2/2 and another $50 a month for a garage. I'm sure the prices may have gone up a little by now, but it was a great apartment, clean, new, NO BUGS at all! I detest bugs and would sleep in my car if there were any! Aways take a second or thrid floor apartment. Spiders and stuff are more common on the first floor with the grass and everything right there, they sneak in.
Murfreesboro is not far at all from Smyrna and with the apartments Steve mentioned being close to the interstate, it would be a pretty easy drive.

Once again, Kim and I agree.

These Apartments are New and an easy ride to Smyrna. They are off Medical Parkway in Murfreesboro. My daughters boyfriend's family lives here and they like it very much. A 2 bedroom, Jackson Model starts @ $825.
