You're right GrnMtnFire. To me, if I get to live a nice lifestyle in a nice clean city, with nice people, good services and schools, it's all worth it to me. I have a 3/2 2039 sq ft for that money and I feel it is a pretty good deal. TN has made me pretty happy. All the problems and garbage I left behind in FL all with a high price tag to boot. So not worth it compared to what I have here.

Now I know why I didn't get one yesterday. I am not in the city limits of Murfreesboro. I only pay county taxes. |

I live in Indian Hills, but I only get a Rutherford County Tax bill. That was all that was on my mortgage statement last year. I have received no other bills since I've been here. I thought it was weird too. |

Hmm....
sounds odd to me. I can't imagine that you are not in the city limit. House guys must have an HOA there. Maybe someone it's paid for with those fees?

We have a HOA, yes. It's not that much though, so I can't imagine it would include city taxes. What are House guys? |
