I don't think that is true of everyone. We are upper middle class and do not invest in the stock market. All our money, including our 401k is in secure savings.
That house is far from overpriced.

Try realtracs dot com for the best search by neighborhood, own, etc.

Good luck!
What do you mean by "too close together" ?

Are the houses built right on top of each other?

Just a matter of personal preference. For my husband, they were TOO close. His rule of thumb is- could you easily drive a truck between them?

That's how the houses are built out here in So cali. Right on top of each other....I don't like it either. Are most houses in Franklin the same way?

And let's not forget that he has lied about where he's from. In one forum he said he's from Oklahoma, in another forum he said he's from NC, in the TN forum he said he's from Knoxville, and in another forum he said he's from Atlanta. I wouldn't believe anything he says.

I think he claims to have been in San Francisco for about ten years now, right?

No, all houses in Franklin are not that close. Depends on the neighborhood. One of the nicest, Westhaven, is that way, but plenty of others have much more room.

Most of the lots in Fieldstone Farms are .25 acres or less. You can get a look at the area on Google maps......type in Fieldstone Pkwy 37069 and switch to street view. Most of the houses under 300k are on the west side of Hillsboro Rd.

A single guy has no business living in Fieldstone Farms. Look into living in Nashville.
