Default Old Hickory bound will my teen fit in !!!

Well finally found a place in Old Hickory
my kids and I will be their in 3 weeks I have a nice house
which I hope is a good area we will see , Now I just hope my
skate board / hard rock Teenage boy will fine in at the High School their ?
he wears those new Skinny Jeans does anyone have kids that go to the High School in Mt Juliet / Old Hickory?

What gang is he in? That will play a big role in how well he will fit in at McGavock, the high school for which Old Hickory is zoned.

If I were you, I would try to find a way to get yourself a Wilson County address so he can go to Mt. Juliet, or pay the out-of-county tuition if you can afford it.

Well the place we have is zoned for Mt Juliet schools , thats the only reason I agreed on the home in Old Hickory

True, some of Mt. Juliet actually has an Old Hickory zip code (similar to the places in Davidson County that have a Brentwood mailing address). In that area, he's zoned for Mt. Juliet High. I don't know of any issues a skateboarder and rocker would have -- not like you never see those around these days -- but you'll have to check the school dress code to see if the skinny jeans are permissible!

That's right Gabby. My sis-in-law taught at Mt. Juliet and I remember her talking about the uniform dress code.
