I was curious how the status was going on this - is it still planning on being built?

In this economy, I wouldn't count on it as being imminent, but the developer did just get a lengthy extension of some financial matters which tells me he's still confident. I know him and trust his optimism, but only time will tell. Nashville is sitting in a pretty good spot right now even with the downturn in the economy, so patience is the watchword with this one. I, myself, am optimistic about it.

The last I heard, the project was taken back to the drawing board to expand the hotel and decrease the number of residential units because they weren't selling. The signage around the building site was removed back in the spring. I'm guessing it's still on hold. I'm just glad that I don't see a giant hole in the ground (a la West End Summit) when I look out my bedroom window.

Speaking of which, what's the latest on the West End Summit?
