Looking for a couple of apartment choices...Looking for somewhere safe for myself and my children in a family oriented area. Any good options in the Franklin area?

There are a lot of options in the Franklin area. Try the Alara complexes or Brentwood Landings. You could probably just Google for apartments in Franklin and get all of the information you need, including phone numbers/addresses.

You can check The Landings in Brentwood. I was told its a good complex.Its right outside of Franklin.

I'm actually going to checking out a few complexes tomororrow. My son has an interview next Thursday, and hopefullly will get the job. Its in Franklin, so that is where he will look.

I went to the Landings, which is off Moore's Lane. Its has a long driveway. Its very nice and so was the Apt I saw. They have 2 price ranges, renovatd and not renovated. Good flow of the floorplans
I went to all the Alara's but they were higher than my son wants to spend.
They are located in Cool Spings/ Franklin.
I also saw Franklin Oaks, and you get a lot for your money. I don't like the units there that have the interstate behind them, too noisy. There are more though across the road with no interstate

in addition to complexes there are a lot of houses for rent right now that are pretty reasonably priced for what you get

Check Out Wyndchase Aspen Grove This is where my son will rent if he gets the job here. They have 3 bedroom , 2 floor plans, and its gated.
It's in Franklin, cool springs area. Its only a few years old.
