Just thought I would make this post for anyone thinking of going to see the Rockettes at the Grand Ole Opry. I went last Saturday night and it was great! I really enjoyed it. I was anxious to go, because I have seen the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall in NY and this brought back some nice memories for me. It was very well done and fun. Great for the kiddies too!
I have never been to the Grand Ole Opry and was very impressed with the fact that you can see anywhere you sit, your view is unobstructed. Great little venue!
I advise anyone going to leave like 2 hours early! Seriously! I left an hour early, BIG MISTAKE! We were 15 minutes late. The traffic was horrible. There is so much going on in Nashville right now. You do need patience. It was very orderly and no one was cutting anyone off or anything, but there are tons of cars all trying to go to the different shows. So beware! Leave very early and just relax in your car with the heat on and the radio playing. You will get there eventually!
