So, what are the plans for the Parkway Terrace apartments off of main st. (apartment complex)

I heard they were torn down or something like that. Have they been rebuilt? Are their residence that currently occupy them?

I'm not sure if the one I'm thinking about is the same one you ask about, but there was an apartment complex torn down recently with plans to replace it. It had fallen victim to several arsons and its demolition was the best thing to happen to it. I've read about plans to replace it, but don't know anything about the progress, if any.

That apartment complex was called Silverdene and it was across the street from Meigs Magnet School and it was a cesspool. They were torn down - this was the last I've heard about the location. Hopefully it's not delayed because of the credit crunch -
