info on therapist/social worker positions (university, salaries, license)

hello, i may be relocating to the nashville area from phoenix...am looking for any info available on getting a job as a mental health therapist or social worker there...i have a master's degree in counseling as well as my associate's license in counseling (LAC) through the state of arizona...am wondering about the licensure process in tennessee (the research I did seemed a little vague to me)...

any names of any counseling agencies, social service agencies that i might follow up with and send resumes...? am also looking for info on approximate salaries for these positions...

I can't help with most of your questions (not being in that field). I'll just add that there's any number of state and local agencies which are involved with that kind of work, as well as a number of medical/treatment facilities. Nashville is a medical center for the region.

I think if I were you, I'd do a Google search for "mental health treatment Nashville" or something like that and get the name of twenty or so "possibles". I'll start by suggesting Vanderbilt University Hospital (either the main hospital or the Children's Hospital).
