We have a house we would like to rent out. I am curious how much we would be able to rent it for. It is located in the Hillwood Estates area of Nashville. Just down the street from Hillwood Country Club and Hillwood High School. It is a 3 bedroom house with 2500 sq ft. It also has an inground pool and large fenced backyard. It's a great area for walking and close to downtown. Thanks for any advice.

Have you checked Craig's List for comparable rentals? RealTracs.com also has many rental listings for comparison. We are currently renting a house in Hillwood--4 bd/2.5 bath, 3400 sf--for $2800. Hope this helps get you started.

You should be able to get at least $2500 for a house that size in that location, especially since they're going to stop busing kids from the projects into Hillwood High School.
