HAs anyone had experience with Legacy Hill apartments? Likes? Dislikes?

I would just like to bump this up as I am now looking at renting there too...anyone?? It looks great and the price and the neighborhood is right, but the reviews on apartmentratings.com are not so good. Someone mentioned brown recluse spiders and that's a big fear of mine. But then again, they're probably a risk anywhere right...?

Nice area. I live nearby. No info on the apartments themselves or the degree of spider risk.

The area is nice and convenient. The apartments themselves are fine -- certainly not luxurious or anything. Also worth checking into is Valley Ridge, which is right down the street.
