Could anyone tell me about the commute time from Brentwood to Murfreesboro...either via 840 or 96? I am looking at a job in the Brentwood area, but live in Murfreesboro. Any info will help. Oh and the job hours are normal 8 to 5. Thanks,

Default commute

Hello,
I also live in M'Boro area west of I-24 on Hwy 96 (st. Andrews Dr.) Might be best for you to take 840 to I-65 into town instead of Hwy 96 only because you would have to drive longer on I-65 and traffic there could be crazy.. Another option could be to take 96 W. and get on the exit to 840 W. What part of the 'Boro do you live in?

Thanks for the info! I live west of I-24 also. Pretty close to you actually. I have been told that 840 is faster to I-65 but that when you get on I-65 from 840 you are farther south and the traffic is bad there. To be honest, I am mostly concerned about coming home. I am wondering if I am going to have issues getting to daycare on time.

Default commute

Definately take 96 coming home if you live over in this area..Without traffic it'll take around 25 min. from the 96/I-65 Exit in Franklin to M'Boro plus 15 minutes? commute from I-65 South.

That's kind of what I figured. I guess I just needed someone else to tell me that. Thanks for the help.
